"Pros: Everything was excellent from the shuttle meeting our train at Matto station to tranquility of the ryokan. Purposely booked stay for traditional Japanese experience and not disappointed. Facilities, our room including private covered outdoor onsen and private dining were wonderful.
Cons: Facility was a little larger than we expected but surprisingly still tranquil."
