"Pros: The room was a good size for 4 persons. Breakfast at about ¥1300 was healthy and nice. Must tell the owners in advance though. We had no issues with the shared bathrooms and timings for males/females. The common areas were clean and useful too with hair dryers, extra hangers, microwave oven, fridge. Cons: There is no kettle in the room and the lounge/dining area closes at 930pm. On the 2nd day I saw a kettle in the dining area and the lady kindly let me borrow it! The location is near Chuo terminal which is good. Not that near Oyu street where most of the restaurants are, but still within walking distance." ~Bernadette
