"Pros: Really enjoyed my stay. Super friendly and homely staff, who provided really good service even with little English. I felt like I was homed with a traditional Japanese family. Food for breakfast is great, good selection and very tasty. Good location to shops and slopes. Hotel has good onsen. Cons: Nothing ! Was fab" ~Kieron
