"Pros: Service was awesome, the staff was cleaning the front of hotel and invited us in even though we were early for check-in. Vending machine outside hotel was a plus! Staff were able to speak pretty fluent english and offered us coffee sachets/tea bags. Although old, the hotel feels clean. Numata Sakaemachi area was nearby (we strolled there) with huge Muji, Paseos, and Fressay. Cons: No stairs was a minus, but we were prepared for that. Decor was very dated since it's an old hotel. The worst was the noise - we could hear footsteps thumping around the room (sounds like from above), and even yelling sounds at night. We barely slept for 2 hours and just decided to hop on the first bus for Oze." ~Angeline
