"Pros: Lots of amenities and nice quality. Wonderful staff. Good food! A very relaxing place with amazing rooms. I recommend getting the membership card. Cons: There were a few small problems. The karaoke tablet needs a new battery, you can’t hardly use it because it dies after 10 minutes. The shower door was taped and slammed closed, and the drain in the shower was loose and dangerous. These are all minor problems, but they did impact our stay. Still, there are far more good qualities of the hotel than bad." ~エリン
