"Pros: The property has been renovated. Rooms were cleaned, and new looking. Food was good and they accommodated us with our requests. We enjoyed the dinners a lot. Staff is friendly and professional. They tried their best to make our stay as good as possible. Cons: The onsen pictures looked better than the real deal. We decided to skip it. I hope the renovations experienced in the facilities can extend to the top floor where the open onsen is located. Sadly, it wasn’t an inviting expon the top floor. Breakfast has many options, perhaps the bread and fruits can be of better quality." ~Liliana
