"Pros: The location is great! 5mins walk from Kokusai Walking Street and just 2 min way from the monorail station. The free daily booze and beverage is great too! Place is very clean and every level has a vending machine, ice, bathrobe, ironing board. Though the staff cannot communicate much in English but they are very helpful nonetheless. There are 2 convenience stores around, next to the hotel and the other opposite. There's a medium sized supermarket opposite the hotel too. Cons: Communication was a little difficult due to language barrier but the staff were very helpful. Cleaning of room is not daily." ~Christina
