"Pros: The view is great, you can see Osaka Bay pretty well. The room is comfortable and nice, they have everything you need to stay for a good night. Plenty of space in the room for 2 people, even after opening all the luggage. The mirror is heated so it's clear after showering. Hot water comes out pretty fast, and it fills the bathtub in a minute or two. The staff are welcoming and kind, lots of service available. Cons: Although the remote has the button for YouTube and stuff, TV is not supported for those smart features. Some towels smell a bit weird but it's okay." ~Hung-kai
