"Pros: The staffs are very friendly, the space is very cozy, I really like the design of this homestay, it has full facilities, and it is also very clean. It only takes about 5 minutes walk from Hatsuka Ishiguchi bus stop. You can choose to add dinner service for 1500¥ and breakfast for 1000¥ but you won't know what you will be served in advance, like the typical Japanese omakase style. I came in mid-February, the snow was very heavy so the restaurants closed very early, the homestay's 1500 yen dinner really saved my hunger. Cons: The only thing I don't like is the bathroom. Since I'm a foreigner, I'm really shy about sharing a bathroom with someone. And you can only shower between 16:00-23:00. And since it's winter, when I step out of the bathroom to get dressed, it's really cold. That's the only thing that stops me from coming back to this homestay.
