"Pros: The staff are so helpful and the food are awesome. Other than that, the ryokan is so clean and the staff made our stay so comfortable. We enjoyed our chat with the staff at the bar as we enjoyed a glass of whiskey after dinner. Cons: We have a fast eater in our midst hence the food was served according to his pace, which by the time I start on the next dish, it's cold. But this doesn't change the fact that we truly felt at home and love our stay so much." ~Beng
