"Pros: The location was ideal as it is really walking distance from the train/metro station . The hotel was very clean, the amenities were great and the staff were very helpful. Check-in and out was easy. There were amenities available and a range of tea's to choose from. Being close to shopping malls etc . within walking distance makes it really a hotel that exceeds expectations and would easily stay here again if I was visiting Sendai. Cons: There is nothing negative that I can say here. Was really happy on all fronts." ~Ryan
