"Pros: Kind and helpful staff. Lake and igloo village view in the room. Next to the igloo village. Generous dinner and breakfast. Indoor and outdoor onsen. The last bus stop and station is just outside the hotel. Recommended winter festival..see the different igloos on the frozen lake, buy drinks in the ice bar, try the snow mobile, snow rafting etc… Cons: NA" ~Aleta
