"Pros: well, it still seems brand new, and the location can't be beat — walk to the main 'downtown' area and the beach in mere minutes. i want to say that i am an airbnb host, so i know the ins & outs of the business very well. this house is excellent, maybe too nice for a beach house! having said that, it's best for a group of friends or family due to the location of the single toilet (in a 3F house) being on the 1F right at the foot of the bed, which is also the entranceway. hmm. i'm a travel agent accompanied by a young couple (customers) so it was a bit awkward due to the layout.
Cons: for some reason there was a snafu with the communication. apparently the host (a company, perhaps?) couldn't locate my booking even tho, well, it's obviously here thru booking com! ended up having to work it all out via phone & messaging, and just in the nick of time to get the instructions for getting the key & entering."

"Pros: Very friendly service. Everything clean. Great location; not far from the beach, restaurants and the bus station. The room was very cozy. I would definitely recommend it.
Cons: The biggest drawback was the noise: the walls and ceilings were thin, so I could hear everything my neighbours said; that didn't make sleeping any easier. Plus, I wasn't used to sleeping on a futon yet..."
