"Pros: I liked the retro vibe of the hotel, it felt very 1920s-1930s. The theme was consistent throughout the facilities, from the entrance to the lobby, club lounge and the rooms. The cosmetic products were really high quality, especially the conditionner and body lotion. I was particularly impressed with the service quality. All the staff was friendly, professional, helpful and extremely polite. All the staff from the club Lounge cocktail time and breakfast were so nice in doing their absolute best to communicate with us despite the language barrier to encourage us to eat before closing time and showing us how to eat local foods. Breakfast was very tasty and beautifully presented. The rooms were very clean. I think the best part about this hotel is truly how nice the staff is. Customer service here is 10/10." ~Lea
