"Pros: Location excellent. Hot baths excellent. Very clean. Traditional. Cons: We arrived late and they would not serve us the dinner that we had paid for. This would only be served between 6pm and 6.30pm. This would not have been a problem except that we were still charged for it. They did not suggest alternatives. We found a lovely local ramen bar which was fine. The futons are extremely thin and hard. Pillows are traditional and made from grains." ~Nikki
