"Pros: The room choosen for me was excellent and high floor facing waterfall. Very beautiful scenery from the room when it was snowing Cons: Check in time was strictly 3pm despite many people waiting for their room from 1pm to 3pm. We were unable to go out walking because of the heavy rain. Maybe the hotel should have been flexible and compassionate and let us check in as it was raining heavily and many people were stuck in the lobby, unable to go out to enjoy the autumn florige.Please be flexible in future." ~Thiam
