"Pros: Very spacious room. Good for family or big group. Free popsicle outside onsen. Cons: Room and hotel exterior need upgrading. Very old carpet. Peeling off the floor in some area of the living room. Hotel exterior is very old and dusty. Lot of cobweb on the windows exterior and patios (outdoor area). We didn't use the onsen, felt a little uncomfortable and creepy." ~Lydia
