A 5-minute taxi ride from Tsukuba Train Station, Sky Hotel offers free Wi-Fi throughout and has an on-site restaurant. The hotel has air-conditioned Western and Japanese rooms with an en suite bathroom. The contemporary rooms have a TV, slippers and a toothbrush and other free toiletries. Guests in Japanese-style rooms sleep on a tatami (woven-straw) floor in Japanese futon bedding. Tsukuba Art Museum is about a 7-minute drive from Tsukuba Sky Hotel, while Tsukuba Plant Museum is a 12-minute drive away. On-site parking is free. Free coffee & tea are provided at the lobby, and free-use washing machines are available. Guests can enjoy reading the hotel’s small library of Japanese novels and Manga comics. Japanese and Western set-menu breakfasts are served at the dining area from 06:15-08:15 for an extra fee, and set-menu dinners including yaki-niku and ginger stir-fry are offered from 18:00-20:30.
