"Pros: Staffs are very friendly, and rooms are clean and beautiful, hotel is big, food is good! there are 2 different onsen places, both are great! Cons: have to carry own big towel to the public bath everytime, usually other onsen hotels provide new dry big towel in the public onsen bath changing room." ~Jimmy
