"Pros: We liked the convenience of the elevators and large room size. The indoor and outdoor baths were very nice and we really enjoyed all of the options for hair and body washes, masks, and special creams. We especially liked the big outdoor bath with waterfall and wisteria vines: so glad we went to the baths several times as they change gender at cleaning time. Cons: The room was a little shabby and you had to pay extra for the massage chairs. It was a bit of a walk between the indoor and outdoor baths, but well marked by signs." ~Tiffany
