"Pros: Meals here were exceptional! Local specialties were used and the staff would go out to explain each dish and also check in on you from time to time. Shuttle services to the bus terminal and ropeway are provided too so it is a nice touch. They would also put in local snacks in their room after each day so we got to have a taste of them. Staff here were really responsive and helpful too! Cons: Wifi is only usable in the hotel lobby area, the reception/signal is really bad if you try to use it in other areas such as your room/dining area" ~Hy
