"Pros: I consider this real Japanese experience , it was a bit cold in the evening but they have proper duvets so you will warm up. There is onsen 15 min away by car, amazing view of the valley, and we rented a car a went to mount Fuji and lakes around , as a non driver on the left side of the road this was perfect location, not too busy like Tokyo.
