"Pros: The hostess, Takasan, is so down to earth, organized, nice, and fun! The main common area is wonderful, allowing local and international guests to mingle. There is also a small bar right in front of her kitchen. The food warms you up (I am travelling in winter.)" ~Christine

Seongmi and Yoshi were incredibly helpful with everything including recommendations for food and activities, arranging private onsen visits and luggage transfers. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the common spaces and breakfast were all fantastic. Strongly recommend choosing AIBIYA if you're looking for accommodation in the Yamanouchi area.
