"Pros: Hotel Ichinose was in the middle of the village near the ski slope and bus stop which was great to go to the snow monkeys etc. The staff were always very helpful. The tatami room was a very good size. You could rent ski gear there. Cons: The hotel was quite old but well kept. The buffet food was a good selection but the food went cold quickly as the warming plates didn't work well enough. They really need a bain marie style serving system to keep the hot food hot as after a day in the snow you really want a hot meal." ~Natalie
