"Pros: We had a pleasant stay for two nights. The hotel is in a very central location, making it easy to explore the area. One of the highlights was the amazing spa and onsen area, which the hotel is well known for. The room was very spacious, providing plenty of comfort. I also appreciated the great public working space, which was convenient for getting some work done. Additionally, there is a restaurant in the same building, which made dining very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: The breakfast package was quite small and only included two pieces of bread and a sweet waffle, which felt a bit insufficient. Another downside was that the heater in the bathroom was not working, so we had to heat the entire room and leave all the doors open to keep the bathroom warm."
