"Pros: Very nice and modern lobby. Room was nice and clean. Heating was sufficient which made it comfortable. Staff was very nice and accommodating. First room smelled of smoke as the last guest apparently smoked in it but the staff helped me change rooms immediately. Cons: No convenience store nearby. However there’s a supermarket at the mall where the train station." ~Colin

"Pros: I had to cancel my rental vehicle as there were none available with snow tires and needed to leave my luggage at the hotel. The staff were very accomodating and helpful. Cons: The bathroom fittings were not the best designed I have encountered." ~Tristan
