"Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful. “Valet” type parking to manage the somewhat restricted on site parking. Great food. Able to self manage room heating. Bottleshop next door. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Short drive to Yonezawa. Cons: One of the outdoor baths was a bit average, but the other was fine. They swapped over genders each day so you could time getting the good one if you planned ahead." ~Mark
