"Pros: Room was spacious and cozy. Half boarded was worth it, as their food provided was a lot of choices, well prepared and delicious. There were both inside and outdoor onsens. Transfer bus provided to take you to enjoy famous in-town onsens (¥90)with free pass to enter those onsens and also give you a free ride to the station which is 5 min away drive.
Cons: A fair walk from train station downtown (15 min) with current pedestrian path renovation in front of the hotel at my stay (Late Feb 2025)."

"Pros: Everything was amazing! The staff blew us away with their hospitality. The breakfast was great value and had many unique things that we wouldn't typically have for breakfast. We loved the yukatas that were provided (we wish we could buy them!) and everything was very close by. The onsen within the ryokan was enjoyable, but we especially appreciated the full access pass to all the other onsens in Kinosaki.
Cons: We have no major complaints. If we had to find a couple things, it would be the following:
1. We did not know that breakfast was done until 30 minutes after it had concluded.
2. The men's getas did not fit my feet so I had to use a different shoe. A variety of sizes would be appreciated."
