"Pros: They had coin operated washer and dryer and a small eating area (which they were very clear that you need to pay so they will make your dinner). The tatami floor was very very comfortable to use but I find that the heating inside the room was quite weak and it takes very long to reach a steady temperature. The staff was extremely extremely kind. Words cannot describe how guilty I felt when I fell sick and dirtied their tatami floor a bit. The lady at the counter spoke very good english and she helped me wipe down the floor to get rid of the smell. Cons: The first night of my stay, the ladies common bath was unfortunately not open. I guess the staff forgot to prepare for it. Unfortunately, after that I fell sick and was unable to use it for my entire stay. The place was very very close to the atomic bomb museum and dome but quite far from the other main city attractions such as the castle. I didn’t mind the walk though, until I fell sick." ~Mei
