"Pros: The beds were very comfortable, I enjoyed how the hotel was a bit smaller than big corporate ones, so it felt like I was in a home/apartment in Japan. A little upset there was no way to wash clothes/do laundry, but for the short duration I was there, definitely worth it.
Cons: It is a bit far out from certain siggtseeing places, but the streetcar and bus stops are close by as long as you know how to utilize those!"
