"Pros: Gettouan is lovely ryokan. It is very clean, the staff are extremely attentive and the location is beautiful. The food is of a superior quality and they kindly adapted the breakfast meal for one of us as we have a dietary requirement. The room was stocked with nice beverages and tea for our stay. They stocked the cupboard with enough fresh towels and yukata (light cotton kimono) for our whole stay. The public bath is clean and comfortable, and the private bath in the room is really nice for those that are shy." ~Jamie
