"Pros: Excellent location ..The staff were very nice and view from my room was amazing. Onsen very nice , room was very comfortable Cons: Limited bath items. No help with luggage up stairs. Have to clean your dishes after breakfast ( like a hostel). they should at least have vending machines since the only store is a bit of walk .." ~Susan

"Pros: The outdoor family onsen was great. And the dinner was simple but delicious. Cons: The pillow was too soft that it hurts the neck. Also the noise of passing trains could be heard from the rooms. Rooms were also dated and toilets too small." ~Serene
