Surrounded by beautiful nature, the lovely little Japanese inn Sanso Tanaka has 1 outdoor hot spring baths and 2 indoor ones, which guests can use privately without reservation. One indoor bath boasts views of Mt. Yufudake. Rooms come with air conditioning and an LCD TV. They have a washbasin, while bathing facilities are shared, providing toiletries and hairdryers. Tanaka Sanso is a 12-minute drive from Yufuin Mingei Mura (Folk Craft Village), and a 17-minute drive from the Yufu-Kogen Golf Club. Beppu is a 30-minute drive, while Oita Airport is a 50-minute drive and Fukuoka Airport is a 1.5-hour drive.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. Only guests that are over 16 years of age and older can stay at this property. Check-in is from 15:00 to 20:00. If you do not check out by 10:00, an additional fee will be charged. The property has a curfew at 23:00. Guests cannot enter or leave the property after this time. Please note that the property does not provide shuttle services or dining options. Guests need to find restaurants outside the property. The hot spring bath is open between 15:00-23:00 and 06:00-09:30. Please be informed that pick-up service is not available.
