"Pros: Liked that there was available free parking and the king bed was very comfortable. The tub was a good size also Cons: It is very unfortunate that I was denied entry to the onsen facility due to tattoos, but also that I was still charged despite not being allowed to use the facility. The check-in staff offered cover up stickers which I found very kind, but in my case they would have been insufficient and thus I had to decline. This is very unfair - if you are going to disallow entry, then at least don't charge for the facility... I do not believe that places need to discriminate like this anymore as there are many onsen in Japan that have become ok with tattoos and the people in these places are also comfortable and happy. The water also took a very long time to become warm, which in the winter makes the rooms less convenient and comfortable." ~Brittany
