"Pros: Very friendly and welcoming host - tried to overcome language barrier using a phone. Calm residential area, with a small shop at very easy walking distance (just a few minutes) and an Aldi within a km. The kitchen is well-equipped to cook. Possibility to eat on the terrace, with a view on the mountains.
At walking distance from the Termy Cieplickie (15-20'). We also did a hike to Zamek Chojnik from here. Some 6 km from the city centre of Jelenia Gora.
Cons: Nothing. I guess that if you don't have a car it may be more difficult to access."

"Pros: Location was great, so was the price and the overall feeling from the stay was awesome. Owner was very nice and at hand when needed.
Cons: For just the right price, we got just what we wanted and the owner was really helpful."

"Pros: The parking lot is available. The supermarket is also available in a walking distance. Check-in is easy and can be done during night. There is also a nice terrace and good kitchenette.
Cons: There is an issue with GSM/LTE. I think that WiFi should be available in the apartment. There is also few TV channels only. The soundproofing of the building is not the best."

"Zalety: Apartament bardzo komfortowy, super wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne, a nawet więcej (np. ekspres do kawy jest fajnym dodatkiem).
Miłym dodatkiem jest również taras z widokiem na zieleń.
Okolica jest cicha i spokojna, a jednocześnie dobrze skomunikowana.
Bezproblemowe i bezkontaktowe zameldowanie.
Wady: Materac jest dość miękki, więc niektórym może to nie odpowiadać, jednak wiadomo - na krótki pobyt nie stanowi to problemu.
Ściany między apartamentami są dość cienkie, stąd słyszeliśmy dość dobrze sąsiadów, zwłaszcza, że do późna głośno rozmawiali. Plus dzwonek przy drzwiach wejściowych, który sprawia, że słychać za każdym razem, gdy ktoś wchodzi/wychodzi z budynku. Niemniej to tylko szczegóły."
