Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of JOD 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that outside food, beverages and shisha are not permitted into the hotel. A maximum of 2 children below 6 years old OR 1 kid below 12 years can be accompanied with the parents. Kids below 6 years stay & eat free, kids between 6 – 12 years pay 50% of the adults meals supplement. Please note that a maximum of 1 extra bed can be added in King Bedrooms only and subject to a 60++ JOD. For all prepaid bookings, the original credit card used should be presented upon check-in where charge has been made. Please note that the spa is not open yet however guests can book a massage in the temporary treatment rooms. Please note that floating pontoon is currently undergoing renovations and cannot be accessed. Guests can still enjoy the beach. Please note that outside food, beverages and shisha are not permitted into the hotel. A maximum of 2 children below 6 years old OR 1 kid below 12 years can be accompanied with the parents. Kids below 6 years stay & eat free, kids between 6 – 12 years pay 50% of the adult's meals supplement.
