"Pros: The owner Mosaab and the staff Hanni and Ahmed are super nice and friendly to us, especially the kids. They gave us great advice on how to best visit Petra with our 2 kids. We followed their advice and managed to see more than we initially planned. The location is impeccable. Only the Movenpick and agora hotel are closer to the entrance, but this place is so much cheaper! The quadruple room fits our family perfectly and is so comfortable. It also helps that the restaurant downstairs is one of the highest rated restaurants nearby. So we can just eat downstairs after a long day. I will recommend this place to any family! Cons: Nothing.
