"Pros: Great location within easy walking distance of place we needed to visit as well as Katowice city centre. Safe, secure estate and apartment peaceful, clean and with all the amenities we needed. Good views from the 9th floor as well. Large shopping centre nearby with plenty of eateries plus small shop on site and an Aldi just across the road so no self catering worries. "Pros: Our stay at the apartment was delightful, and there were many aspects we truly appreciated: 1. The location was incredibly convenient, situated near Chorzow Park, which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. 2. Having access to a parking spot in a secure garage was a huge plus for us. 3. The view from the 11th floor was breathtaking and added to the overall experience. 4. The kitchen was very well equipped, including a coffee machine stocked with fresh coffee—a thoughtful touch that we thoroughly enjoyed. 5. The internet connection was reliable and fast, which made staying connected hassle-free. 6. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring restful nights throughout our stay. Cons: While we had a great stay, there are a couple of areas that could benefit from improvement: 1. The cleanliness of the apartment could be enhanced, especially the floors, which needed more attention. 2. On one occasion, the elevator was broken, but thankfully there was a backup (secondary elevator) available." ~Adit82
