"Pros: - good price - perfect location, couldn't be better - decoration ok, intuitive door opening - it was warm in the apartment (very important in winter in Poland) - big TV (I didn't use it, but I believe it will be a plus for many people) Cons: - water in the shower a bit too cold. It wasn't freezing, but after spending whole day outside, I wanted to take hot shower and I couldn't - big cross hung over the door. Very unpleasant. Knowing that religion is used to exclude so many social groups, especially in Poland, it makes people uncomfortable and not really welcomed. - it's a detail, but it would be nice to have coffee and tea in the kitchen In general I wouldn't mind to come back, but I it's not something I'm waiting for" ~Mateusz

"Zalety: Obiekt uczciwy, to co się dzieje w Katowicach na rynku apartamentów to jakiś skandal ukryte gdzieś w zakładce horendalne opłaty za depozyt. Tu mają państwo obiekt pewny i uczciwy cena wynajmu to wszystko co trzeba zapłacić. W komentarzach dużo nie pochlebnych opinii które muszę zdementować obiekt czysty schludny dobrze wyposażony. Nie było problemu z ciepła woda z kranu leci wrzątek. Plus za balkon. Szybki kontakt z właścicielem który po 10 min od rezerwacji wysłał mi wszystkie kody do wejścia. Co warto dodać kaloryfery były odkręcone na 5 więc w mieszkaniu było już ciepło co jest rzadko spotykane.Polecam" ~Karol

"Pros: Located just in the city center, great view from the balcony, apartment bright, little and comfortable for 1-2 persons, everything was clean and check-in was on time. Cons: Amount of deposit you need to pay directly to owner a bit high, water in the bath wasn’t really hot, sofa for sleeping is okay for <1.8m people." ~Platon
