"Pros: It is my third stay at the flat this year, first time in winter. I found the flat very warm and I had to turn down the heating as it was too warm for me. As on previous visits the flat was spotlessly clean. I had a minor difficulty with the TV but the owner came straight away and resolved the problem. She checked again after a day or so that everything was working correctly. A perfect stay.
