"Pros: The polite & helpful gentleman named Yuriy who pick us up at the airport by walk.
Cons: The attitude of the host that changing the unit we had booked in less than one hour without our concern. The unit replacement was worse than we booked. The outside area was dirty, the size was smaller dan the furniture were old. We booked for 2 people yet only 1 towel provided and the water heater doesn’t work. The Host threatened to refuse our stay even though I already made payment and came into the unit, just because I asked nicely why he suddenly changed our unit. We have been travelling to 31 countries for the last 10 years and have stayed in 4 & 5 stars hotels & apartments around the world with Booking.com. But this is the first time for us to be threatened by the host. Really unkind and unpleasant experience after an exhausting day of cancelled flight. Far from peace of mind. Hopefully Booking.com follow up this issue as this is the second case during our stay in Kazakhstan."
