"Pros: - great location, near bus station to airport, shopping mall, reataurants, some attractions like the Opera - affordable - very friendly and helpful staff team - pretty clean and modern - comfy beds and spacious capsules - comfortably warm during winter Cons: - some areas need a good scrubbing more often - had a leak from the ceiling and had to change beds - safety box in capsule can't be locked and some lockers can be opened with the same key - 2 showers and toilets, so it might get a bit crowded at times - showers should be ventilated better as some mold is forming - sometimes soap and toilet paper has to be requested for refill" ~Mario
