"Cons: I rented this apartment in Astana for my parents for two days specifically so they could check in early at 5 a.m. and rest after their long trip. The owner gave the wrong apartment number, so when they arrived, they couldn't check in as planned. My parents were tired and unfamiliar with the city, with no other options for a place to stay. The owner’s communication was inconsistent; she didn’t respond promptly and only got back to us a few hours later in the morning. She then offered for them to stay for a few hours for the price of a full day, as they had a trip from Astana later that evening. This was not a satisfactory solution. Mistakes can happen and I understand this, so a 1 star is not because of the mistake but because the communication was really bad and no adequate solution was offered and i felt really bad for my parents who had to deal with all this. What the owner offered was a discount if we stay next time, which none of us needed as this was a one-time stop in the city." ~Mariia
