"Pros: Perfect location, near grocery stores and markets. Modern, clean, cozy apartment on the 1st floor. Attentive owners. So everything was perfect except... Cons: It's absolutely not sound-proof. Everything happened in the stairs/neighbour apartment is heard like it is in your room. Fortunately no one was moving/speaking on the stairs in the night, but from the early morning all "external life" is heard perfectly." ~Alexey
