Wady: Dobry dojazd, ale ostatnia prosta polną drogą - rekompentuje to bliskość przyrody i sarenki wyglądające z lasku.
Jeśli chodzi o wyposażenie, można byłoby trochę je douzupełnić o jakąś miotełkę, mopa - jeśli ktoś przyjeżdża na jedną noc, to pewnie zbędne, ale jeśli zostaje się dłużej, to już trochę się brudzi i nie ma czym posprzątać. Albo jeśli chodzi o sprzęty kuchenne - my robiliśmy ciasto na naleśniki w garnku, bo nie było miseczki i nalewaliśmy kubkiem, bo nie było chochelki. To taki drobne uwagi, jeśli ktoś myśli o dłuższym podbycie. Ogólnie apartament na duży plus."
