"Pros: The apartments are comfortable, spacious, clean, and in a good location. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. The shower was a dream and soap and shampoo were amply provided. The free parking is in a courtyard right outside the room. I loved the "Nespresso"-type machine and the microwave, as we heated naleśniki for breakfast in the apartment. (There is a Żabka across the street with basic foods to reheat). Great views from the balcony. Since the apartment is on a main plaza, there was live music from street musicians in the evening. Nice café on the ground floor if the building. Communication from the building managers was very, very quick. Kielce has a couple of Galeria malls and much to do from a historical perspective - a few days here will be busy.
Cons: The messages communicated with us could have been clearer, as the internet password was incorrect. One apartment had a persistent sewer odor, but fortunately it was isolated to the front door area. I never got the tv to work but it was offered to be fixed. Outside the balcony was a plaza that is undergoing road repair, so when we were there, several ill-fitting metal plates made loud noises every time a vehicle went over them, which went on all day until about 11pm when traffic was almost non-existent. The building is otherwise quiet and comfortable. The city does have a surprising amount of rush hour traffic, so keep that in mind while traveling."

"Pros: Location, facilities, coded entrances (no keys to carry). Wifi. Tea, coffee provided. All kitchen utensils. I liked the windows how they open and the blinds. My Polish friends came to see the flat and were impressed.
Justyna, the owner, is easily contacted, very helpful and friendly. Justyna and her husband speak great English.
Cons: All fine. Front bedroom - bed bit hard and low but not a terrible problem.
TV only has two English dpeaking channels. Good if it was possible to get bbc and euronews channels.
These are minor issues."
