"Zalety: Przede wszystkim lokalizacja. Miejsce w sam raz na rodzinny weekend w Kołobrzegu. Niezły stosunek jakości do ceny.
Wady: Żądanie kaucji przy braku przejęcia i zdania lokalu bez obecności obsługi. Zastaliśmy zbitą płytę indukcyjną, wypadające klamki w łazience i jednej sypialni oraz zniszczone ręczniki i nie było komu tego pokazać. Poza tym na fakturze widnieje niemała kwota za sprzątanie apartamentu a wewnątrz jest kartka, że jak się nie posprząta po sobie aneksu kuchennego i nie pozmywa to doliczą kolejne 60 zł."
