"Pros: The apartment owner was VERY quick to respond every time we sent a message and arranged for us to stay an extra night when our return flight was cancelled. She was extremely friendly and we felt she truly cared! We absolutley loved the check in procedure: (ie, door code to enter apartment building sent to us on arrival day, apartment door keys in lock box, remote to underground garage left for us in the apartment key to garage). The building itself was a little hard to find at night in a snowstorm as trees were covering the # on the building but once we found it, the check in procedure couldnt have been smoother. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Cons: As others said, the shower is quite small but that really wasnt a major problem for us. The frying pan was in good shape, as were the coffee maker, toaster, stove and oven, but the 2 pots were pretty beaten up (the non stick surface on one was badly scratched/almost peeling). Again, this is not a reason that we wouldn't come back or recommend to others but a new/clean pot or 2 would have been greatly appreciated as we made almost all meals in the apartment." ~Deidre
