"Pros: Very nice, comfortable and clean. Very good location, near the centre.
Cons: Although in the booking it was mentioned that there was a parking, the hotel did not have one. You could only park in a public lot, but you had to pay and it was quite difficult to find a way to pay. The information about it from the hotel were not clear and we lost over 1 hour looking for them!" ~Konstantinos
"Pros: Position, cleaning, furniture.
Cons: The owner changed the apartment booked for an issue and he/she gave us a nice apartment in the center as a replacement, but then without any notice he asked to move in the apartment booked only 2 days before the check out, and of course it was not so comfortable to bring all baggage and move again to another apartment.." ~Raimondo
"Pros: The location is great. Near ICE Krakow and quite close to the city centre.
Cons: The information about entering the flat was wrong and it took me some time to find the router and access WiFi." ~Theodoros
"Pros: The property itself was very good, in a beautiful and impressive building, and the accommodation hardware itself was great. The water pressure in the taps, shower, and WC was very good. There was a washing machine in the bathroom. There was plenty of lovely lighting. The location was great for the purpose of our trip, and there was a shop downstairs which was convenient for getting everyday stuff. There is a bus terminal just outside the building, which I guess will be very useful if one needed to commute into town. There is Fala restaurant which was very good and fairly priced, in the next building, and I think on the other side of the property building, there is a Japanese Sushi place.
Cons: The first thing was this great big soiled floor just outside the door; It just messed up the otherwise beautiful corridor. It was cleaned up after about 3 days. There were empty and half empty bottles of water and juice lying on the floor and on the table, from the previous guests. The sofa bed was still drawn out, with a used blanket on; clearly had not been tidied away prior to our coming. The was still some litter in the kitchen bin. The pedestal dining table was very wobbly, and you had to carefully balance your stuff on one side, so the table didn’t topple over. The bathroom wash hand basin was too slow to drain, probably partially clogged up in the pipes. I wasn’t sure the bedsheets had been changed from the last occupant, as it was rough, as if slot in and not properly redressed, so I got the extra sheet in the wardrobe and redressed. The bed was probably king size, which was great, but too big for the room. You had to climb the bed to reach the window, as there was zero space around it. The bed was low, and the mattress was extremely soft, which may suit some people, but not at all the standard one is used to in the UK. I thought it would be extremely uncomfortable, but in truth it wasn’t horrendous. The balcony was very dusty and uncared for, which meant we couldn’t sit out there, and it spoilt an otherwise great place to chill. Whoever cleans this property, needs to put their heart to the job.
If I owned this place, I would get a new cleaner, fix the wash hand basin drain, install WiFi, put in a TV, iron and ironing board, and fix the loose fittings - main light switch in the property, near the door, bathroom door and balcony door handles, and get a new dining table." ~Anthony
