It felt very relaxing to be there before flying early next morning, looking at the horses, having a great shower and a comfy bed. Pierogi from the cafe downstairs were delicious. "Pros: This place is absolutely Charming! especially for stay with kids and family. The room was big and comfortable, connected with private bath (newly renovated and decorated). All facilities of the Manor House were available for the guests, including great traditionally decorated kitchen (including microvave, oven, stove, kettle, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, table, chairs, equipment etc) which was connected to playing area for kids (well equipped with various toys), we could also access the attic leisure/playing area (equipped with books, board games, and even computer with access to the internet), from the attic we could also see horses running on training ground. Also we could visit stables and see many horses. our child was so excited that we spent most of our time there. Also there is child outdoor playing area which was well equipped. on top of that there was cafeteria/restaurant available in the adjacent building (we did not use it). the place was very clean, provided towels, toiletries as well as 2 free bottles of water in the room. also there was parking available (private unguarded parking outside of the property fencing). the whole place is equipped with wifi free of charge." ~Tomasz

"Pros: Just a quick bus ride from Krakow airport. The facilities were great, with a big bathroom upstairs and a comfy living area downstairs. I was worried about what the breakfast was going to be like, but we got several trays of meats, cheeses & vegetables. Very tasty! Cons: The house is at the end of a dark road. That was a bit scary at 1am. But it wasn't that bad in the end :)" ~Joanna

"If you are seeking a hotel with character close to the market square the Pugetow is ideal. The rooms are spacious and attatractively furnished. Our room had an ensute shower which was modern and unfailingly produced water at the desired temperature. In addition the staff were excellent. They ordered taxis for us on request and were most polite and attentive throughout our stay. If you book a room at this hotel I would highly recommend that you book the serivices of the Pugetow\'s driver to collect you from the airport. He is extremely hospitable and provides a wealth of interesting information en route to the hotel. All in all, a distinctive hotel offering a high standard of service." ~TIMOTHY CARTER
